The PWS states, “Travel outside of the Baltimore-Washington region is anticipated for the purposes of user research and stakeholder meetings. “ Can the government provide an estimate of the number of trips per 3 month period and provide some examples of the locations of the travel sites?

Vendor should assume one, weeklong, CONUS trip per 3-month period for approximately 4 members of the project team. Ultimately, any travel will be up to the vendor based on the vendor's user research plan. However, note that all travel must be pre-approved in writing by the COR/ACOR.
