PWS. Section 5.0 (Tasks). Bullet - Contractor shall ensure that the prototype includes user authentication and authorization functionality that, at a minimum, includes two-factor authentication using open source encryption protocols.
Question/Comment
The Government said in section 5 Tasks, 5th bullet that the “Contractor shall ensure that the prototype includes user authentication and authorization functionality that, at a minimum, includes two-factor authentication using open source encryption protocols.” Does the Government seek a new authentication and authorization solution, a front end web application that integrates or demonstrates how to integrate with an existing solution or something else?
We seek an applicant-facing web application that handles authentication using two-factor authentication. The initial prototype will not be required to integrate with existing systems, though it should be extensible.
