Body copy and title spacing adjustment

I've been using the template for a few presentations, and noticed some sizing/positioning changes that I think need adjustments.

Add more padding the title and body copy

When a title is 2 lines long, they can run into each other.

Current:

Slides with titles only

Title: Height: 0.92 Y: 0.42

Body copy box Height: varies by template Y: 1.33 (for most templates)

Slides with preheaders

preheader Height: 0.34 Y: 0.42

Title Height: 0.9 Y: 0.77

Body copy box Height: _varies by template) Y: 1.87

Proposed

Slides with titles only

Title: - keep the same Height: 0.92 Y: 0.42

Body copy box Height: 3.33 Y: 1.87

Slides with preheaders

preheader - keep the same Height: 0.34 Y: 0.42

Title - normalize height Height: 0.92 Y: 0.77

Body copy box - move down 0.34, normalize height Height: 3.33 Y: 2.21 (+ 0.34)

@Dahianna I took a stab at updating this - could you take a look?

Theme file is updated with the new values. I also..

• fixed font sizes that were still at 14px
• updated the half light slide with the same values as the preheader slides. Before:
