Do we need to query upon Veteran Status for applications? #24

Currently, if we want to enable SMEs to query applications in Brutus based on Veteran status we must store the value in our local database.

Perhaps the more pertinent question is whether this function is for reporting or reviewing?

We don't need to query this in Brutus. We'll do manually in SF and match to candidate id
