Background information

There has been a backlog of request for vulnerability disclosures from folks who have submitted validated bugs. There is now a canned response to respond to disclosure requests to make it easier to disclose.

Acceptance criteria

[ ] All requests for vulnerability disclosures have been taken care of

The assignee can add some checkboxes as a "sketch" of the steps to complete, which may evolve.
