Updates to New Hire Checklist #133

Added instructions to “Set up Slack” and “Set up Github” so they aren’t reliant on Delores messages. Also added info to “Secure your laptop” to make sure new hires download Managed Software Center and ClamXav

Your changes look good, though I had to make some minor fixes to tasks that had mentioned the old "receiveEquipment" task -- the app was throwing an error when trying to assign this checklist because that task doesn't exist any more!

I also logged #134 and will write a test to make sure that doesn't happen any more.
