Creates a simple introduction to the templates landing page, and frames it as a "growing collection".
Uses a simple list format for the existing child-page (SOOs) of the section so that we can keep the architecture in tact, and ready for future expansion.
Corrects typos and capitalization consistency in the side nav
Removes pages we don't currently have viable templates or examples for from the side nav.

@lauraGgit so weird thing. When I use ./acquisition the link 404s on my local. but using /acquisition it works fine. Any ideas?

@jenniferthibault looks like if you add {{ site.baseurl }} to the front of the link it should work

Ahaaaaa yes that got it — pushed a fix, but now there are merge conflicts
