• [ ] Understand the current process in place to gather sign off - How often are we showing functionality's to sections?

  • • [ ] when stories are being developed
  • • [ ] when stories are in staging
  • • [ ] or all of the above?
• [ ] Define and publish a quick workflow of how we are collecting feedback and when we expect sections to provide feedback
• [x] Ideate if there is a better way to collect section sign off on stories- Decision logging? Bringing members from sections to story time?

We now have a story sign off and a customer sign off. Story sign off decision log is included in the cards with the responsible assignee to move the story along.
