We did create a set of design principles as part of our last engagement:

Focus on user needs
Put everything in context
Help people make informed decisions
Test your assumptions
Advance the field of medicine

Is this sufficient for the team to be able to make a design decision?

I wonder how design principles might get refined over time, taking into account what we are learning? For example seems like we have hypotheses around making search better that have to do with surfacing data we are already capturing...
