Highlight search terms on search results page #121

Questions:

[ ] Do we want to highlight just the matching term or synonyms?
[ ] Styling: do we want to use bold style or different shaded background for different terms?

In testing, we used bold and highlighted matching terms and synonyms (no distinction between synonyms and matching terms, like Google Search). The dev team has this feature ready to go highlighting matching terms and synonyms with different background colors.
