Who is the user? 18F team; CMS; MITRE & Mathematica

What will this help them do? Have clarity on how our work ladders up to CMS's larger goals, & clarify roles/responsibilities

When is it needed? Before May 27 workshop?

What steps are needed to make it a reality?

[x] Discuss with Nick & Liz what the plan is here
[ ] get to a place where we feel genuinely good about the OKRs, and understand which parts we need to own/drive

We joined both workshops the week of May 25th where we defined OKRs as a group. Are we waiting for the health group to reconvene to finalize? Not sure where this landed.
