Adding:

api-data-gov
dap
pulse
confidential-survey
c2
atf-eregs
federalist
uscis

This list'll take ~35 minutes to complete, which isn't a problem yet, but it will get problematic as we add more.

Not a blocker, but let's make it a goal to not have to list the links here. Hopefully we can do this with some combination of a) better filtering (https://github.com/18F/concourse-compliance-testing/issues/11) and b) pull requests to projects' about.ymls.
