There is no code changed here, as I can't make this fail on master anymore :/
So I'm not sure if this really closes the Trello card above or not. I think the tests are still a good idea.
I def ran into this error in my own development environment, but I can't reproduce the problem.

This relates to sites that have no ZAP errors, i.e.
