Consider adding SLA section to each task order section #4

Having measurable SLAs for each task order would help teams hold themselves and their contractors accountable for deliverables. In the past we've not always done a great job adding solid SLAs to contracts, I hope we're not the only one :pray: I think crowdsourcing this aspect would be very beneficial.

Intriguing. Do you mean that one recipe should be "include an SLA in your task?" or do you mean that we should have recipes for what an particular SLA should include?
