Need to update additional datasets with 2015 data

The following datasets still need to be updated with 2015 data:

1) hate crime - only goes up to 2014

2) assaults on police - only goes up to 2014 data [we need this data from Justin before we can regenerate it]

3) police employee data - only goes to 2013

I believe I addressed this the other day the URL path just changed from what was used in 2013 to new urls.

@cacraig, @jpwentz what's the status of this? the datasets outlined above only go up to 2014 and 2013 on production.
