Great! One thing is a little confusing. In the information available about offenders and victims, sometimes the number of offenders and victims is higher than the number of reported incidents. It would be helpful to explain how this can occur. Also, how can there by x number of incidents reported by 0 law enforcement agencies? Where is this data coming from?
