Spacing issues for the all violent/property crime views on production #303

On product we currently have an issue where the header & text for population data gets cut off for each of the crime types within the all violent/all property view.

Im not sure this is a bug. This is the way our site is displayed on mobile and the component acts in the same way because it is really narrow here.

Perhaps we could try just making all the scrollbars more obvious so its clear that the next isnt cut off, just scrolled to the right?

yeah you're right. although its not obvious that you can scroll over to the population data. but we have a lot of space to work with, couldn't we just condense the columns for rate, totals, and population so it all fits without scrolling?
