Consider adding new dimensions to existing NIBRS offenses in the interface #323

Are there certain dimensions that are better to show for certain types of crime? Or are they all equally relevant and showing more is better?

Similar to https://waffle.io/18F/crime-data-explorer/cards/5a0cca77a3adbc004f283156 I think we just need to sit down with CJIS and think through what is worth adding and why based on historical inquiries about the data.
