A few IE rendering issues in the Explorer #330

One of our participants reported some issues when using IE and posted the following screenshots comparing the Explorer in IE and Chrome.

I followed up with them to ask what version of IE they're running. Will update the issue when I know.

@jeremiak the participant was using the MS Edge browser that is integrated with Windows 10 Enterprise when they took these screenshots.

@LarryBafundo I just tried crime-data-explorer.fr.cloud.gov on MS Edge on Windows 10 (granted not enterprise edition) and it seems to work just fine. Perhaps this was a result of 2016 data not being returned by the API? Would it be possible to check with the participant and see if they are still having this problem?
