Adds new FAQ found on CDC website via tracker: "How can I prepare in case my child's school, child care facility, or university is dismissed?" https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/faq.html#anchor_1584388242595

Removes FAQ no longer CDC website: "How many cases in the U.S.?"
