Update USCIS (with mutilple repos) #275

USCIS is a good example of a project with multiple repos. This issue is for the content work related to making that data available on the dashboard.

[x] mockup what we want it to look like
[ ] make it so about.yml and dashboard support that

As you will see, it doesn't look radically different than the way it looked before - but is more comprehensive and details more about the project.
