As an SBA user, I need to receive feedback on my data from the website

Acceptance criteria:

• [x] Error message should show the appropriate key fields (so users can trace it back to source)
• [x] App should say whether or not the file has passed validation
• [x] App should display all errors (i.e., line by line)
• [x] Error messages should be understandable by humans

Tasks:

• [x] Add general styling
• [x] Create file-level error messages
• [x] Create (nice) names for the four files

Here's my .02 on the fields from each of the .csvs that could stand in as a "key" back to the source system (regarding the 1st acceptance criteria):

• appropriation.csv: AllocationTransferAgencyIdentifier + AgencyIdentifier + BeginningPeriodOfAvailability + EndingPeriodOfAvailability + AvailabilityTypeCode + MainAccountCode (separated by '-')
• object_class_program_activity.csv: same fields as those in appropriation.csv + ProgramActivity + ObjectClass
• award.csv: FainAwardNumber (this will work for grant data, I think. in real life, we'd need to know the type of award to show the most meaningful key field)
• award_financial: the fields from appropriation.csv + ObjectClass + FainAwardNumber
