Csv output #205

Adds Download CSV link and CSV Display option to the validation results.

Thanks, @micahsaul. This is great--two questions:

  1. Now we can download the errors as a .csv, do you think it's necessary to also provide the "view as csv" option? It seems confusing to have 3 choices vs 2 (view on screen or download)
  2. Clicking the download link didn't initiate a download dialog for me (was using FF and Chrome). I was able to save the error messages as a csv by right-clicking.
