As an SBA user, I need a high-level diagram that shows our DATA Act pilot workflow from start to finish #27

Acceptance Criteria:

[x] Diagram shows all data source systems (e.g., JAAMS, Prism)
[x] Diagram shows all metadata that impacts DATA Act processing (e.g., mapping files)
[x] Diagram documents all processes that act on the source data, including but not limited to: SQL extract jobs, data merging, data conversion to the DATA Act schema format
[x] Diagram shows relationships between the above
[x] Diagram shows the roles/responsibility for above items
[x] Someone from SBA can confirm that they understand the diagram
[x] Someone from SBA validates that the diagram is a viable approach for the pilot

We have a few artifacts from the March workshop that would give us a decent start.

Sent this to SBA on 5/19 so they could take a look in advance of the sprint review. One person on today's stand-up confirmed that the diagram made sense. Didn't appear to be too controversial.

SBA would like more information about what happens when data doesn't validate. Is it a hard stop? Does some of the data go through?
