remove "recipient type" from the schema files and diagram #41

According to the mapping doc, what we sometimes call recipient type is actually what is publicly called business type. In addition, the public list of data elements doesn't have recipient type.

Based on this, we should probably remove the recipient type attribute from the Award message in our protobuf files and the schema diagram.
