Where data elements exist in both JAAMS and Prism, what's the best authoritative source? Is additional guidance needed from Treasury/OMB to determine that? Can we set some guiding principles (e.g., account-related amounts should come from the financial system where possible)?
Below are a few examples of data act elements that could be mapped to either JAAMS or Prism. Note that the values from those two systems don't always match:
po_distribution_all.attribute10 & header.startdate = period of performance start date (don’t always match)
po_distribution_all.attribute11 & headerenddate = period of performance end date (don’t always match)
fv_treasury_symbols.treasury_symbol & itemacct.tas# = TAS (don’t always match)
gl_code_combinations.segment5 & itemacct.acctfield5 = object code (mostly match, but not always)
