This speaks to a need to develop a clearer data mapping template for agencies to use. The amounts we've mapped thus far are mostly coming from Prism, but we need to pull the account-level amounts (appropriations, outlays, etc) from the financial system.

JAAMS (TAS account) All of these definitions have been finalized by OMB and are here: https://max.gov/maxportal/assets/public/offm/DataStandardsFinal.htm.

Budget Authority Appropriated
Unobligated Balance
Other Budgetary Resources
Outlay (presumably there would be several outlays against each TAS)
Obligation (presumably there would be several obligations against each TAS)

This is actually an acceptance criteria for #61, so I'm closing the research question.
