research question: is there an existing SBA financials report that contains the account-level totals we're looking for?

Is there an existing canned SBA financials report that has some or all of these totals by appropriations account (bonus points if the report includes object class, and program activity)?

• total budget authority
• obligated amt
• unobligated balance amt
• other budgetary resources amt
• outlay amt

We're working on getting these via subledger, but it would be great to see the SQL behind a canned report, if one exists.

Below is an example of what we're looking for. In this example:

• committment number = PR/requisition number that links Oracle and Prism
• obligation number = award ID + modification (i.e., PIID since this is a contract)
• fund (upper right) would show the TASF if one was selected
• cost center = funding office info
• boc = object class
• obligations = obligated amt
• expenditures = outlay amt
