Added presentation assets as PDF files #115

Added all of the presentation and marketing assets currently housed on the GSA Google Drive as PDF files so that external stakeholders can reach them. All comments and superfluous slides in the original presentations have been removed.

@juliaklindpaintner Just an FYI on this pull request, the project presentation with the emoji bug is included. If there is a more recent version with a bug fix, I can update this PR before merging. Just let me know.

Awesome! I replaced the file with the emoji bug. I have all the most recent assets in this folder on Drive: https://drive.google.com/open?id=1lf9stnyHOq-gJezypQC3H60VFjBvNZ3p
