AccessLint has been deprecated and should be removed.

It would also be good to add in internal resources like https://accessibility.18f.gov/ https://accessibility.digital.gov/front-end/getting-started/

We also could potentially add GitHub actions for Pa11y!

I just realized this issue already existed (d'oh) -- #123 has more suggestions as well.
