There seems to be something missing after this dash since every other item in the list has additional explanation

on the lean start up page, based is spelled wrong (bsed). Nit picky, I know:)

on the human centered design page, the word design is spelled wrong in one place (desgin). in another place, you have that instead of than (the bullet about bias)

@Karentrebon Thanks for all the edits. I believe many of these may be addressed by some of the open pull requests. @ddotrollins can you review the open pull requests?
