As an employer I would like to bulk upload employee data #501
@EStriegel Though marked for milestone 1 by me, We can't afford to implement this in milestone 1.
Not having this feature essentially drives out several employers from using this application. There is no way I would see employers using this online application if they have more than 20-30-100 employers. It would be much easier to send in a paper application. However need specs for the upload schema and should be
