On Add New Employee Question: "Primary disability that affects productivity for job described above. Pick only one. " Need validation when choosing option "Other, please specify:"

If other is selected, and nothing is provided in the text box, the validation message should be: "Please specify the primary disability"

Also, please update the general validation message to: "Please select the primary disability that affects productivity"
