• [x] On submission page update as below “You will receive an email confirming this submission with a PDF attachment of your submitted application. If you do not receive the email confirmation within an hour, please contact our IT support team at WHD.14cOnlineApplication.Help@dol.gov.”

• [x] On Help Page update as below "Help If you are experiencing technical difficulties with the online application, please contact our IT support team at WHD.14cOnlineApplication.Help@dol.gov . In your email, please provide the following, if applicable:
• your name and contact information,
• the legal name and EIN of the section 14(c) applicant,
• a description of the issue you’re experiencing and a screenshot, if possible. For questions not addressed in the section 14(c) application instructions, Certification Team specialists can provide you with additional information about completing the application.
