[x] Prepare excel document for mapping WH226 and WH226A documents fields to the Section14c JSONs.
[x] Prepare JSONs for Section14c Online different test scenarios. Also,
[ ] Fix the serialization problem (Self looping EmployerInfo) - Not needed now.
