UI - Application Submission: Save consolidated PDF file to file server #905
Administrator should be able to send email with the PDF (of the submitted application) to the Employer and Certification Team.
In the 'Manage Users' page:
[x] Add two new columns with buttons 'Resend PDF to Employer', 'Resend PDF to Certification Team'.
[x] On clicking the above buttons call corresponding API methods as below (userId as input parameter):
'/api/application/ResendSubmittedApplicationPdfToEmployer?userId=' + userId;
'/api/application/ResendSubmittedApplicationPdfToCertTeam?userId=' + userId;
