Validation: Clearing employer SCA Attachments before changing option to ‘No’ #935

Scenario: In the Employer tab of the 14c online application, User selects ‘Yes’ for the question ‘Does this employer currently hold any contracts covered by the McNamara-O’Hara Service Contract Act(SCA)?’ and uploads document(s). Then he changes his answer to one of the two ‘No’ options. And submits the application.

In the submitted application (the Pdf) contains the attached files too. It should not attach the files as the User answered ‘No’ to the question. I have discussed this with Madhu and came up with the fix: When user changes his answer from ‘Yes’ to ‘No’, a pop-up message will be shown as below:

“You have uploaded SCA Wage Determination document(s). Please delete any uploads before changing your answer to ‘No’.”

Fixed! Similar issue on Wage Data. Scenario: On Wage Data tab, User selects ‘SCA Wage Determination’ for the question ‘Which method did the employer use to determine the prevailing wage for the job or contract identified above?’ and uploads a document. Then he changes his answer to another option. a pop-up message will be shown as below:

“You have uploaded a SCA Wage Determination. Please delete the upload before changing your answer.”
