Please remove these three states from our DB. (From Madhu's email on 8/5/2019)

[ ] Federated States of Micronesia,
[x] United States Minor Outlying Islands

The United States Minor Outlying Islands (UM) has been removed from the 14c application.
The other 2 unchecked states are not in the application.
