As a reporting analyst I need decrypted EINs for 14c online applications.

  1. Enhance existing EIN Decryptor to support CSV import file (application-id, Legal Name, EIN (encrypted), Address (broken down or one column) ). Output must contain original columns as well as an additional decrypted EIN column. Order of columns, actual columns etc. negotiable
