Templating in messages #263

Hi! I have a use case where it would be handy to be able to use the slack user_id in a message sent to an employee, specifically, in a link that the user can click to connect to other sorts of services, identified by their slack user_id.

Additionally, I think it would be quite friendly if messages could be personalized for the person they were being sent to.
