Resolve potential wayfinding confusion for Educators section #176

When the user clicks "educators," they see two "you are here" indicators: one for Educators and one for Get Your Pass....

My inclination is to use only the Educators indicator. What do people think?

status highlights are dependent on variables passed through backend. @khandelwal can you make the active request template tags dependent on only the index.html pages and not the entire directory?
