On this page, the link to http://www.corpslakes.us/ redirects to http://corpslakes.usace.army.mil/visitors/, which redirects to http://corpslakes.usace.army.mil/visitors/visitors.cfm, which is a blank page that only says: The service is unavailable.
I'm not sure if the link is broken on the Corps' end or what. Their site seems to have many links to this broken one, so I'm thinking it might more likely be an issue on their end.
Perhaps this could be a substitute: http://www.usace.army.mil/Missions/Civil-Works/Recreation/
