Comment markdown bullets not showing on the review page or final PDF #307

All issues with the WYSIWYG text editor and showing italics, bold, etc... look great now! But some of the more complicated formatting isn't showing up in the final output.

Instead of having 1 gray box for these, can we match the write mode and have 2 separate gray boxes separated by a few white pixels of space?

And then in the PDF: Can they be a bulleted list once we get the bullets working (this may already be the case, and I just can't tell)?
