Goal: Better understand content and flow of FEC.gov: all information related to Quick Answers: Reporting, Quick Answers: Filing, and Help.

Criteria: Necessary team members review and approve.

Steps:

[x] KG create spreadsheet for documentation
[x] EB create rubric for rating content
[x] KG and EB capture all content in spreadsheet
[x] Make revisions if necessary
