Research with individual filers #23

In order to understand what problems individual filers have,

  1. Goal: understand the individual campaign finance filer experience
  2. Completion Criteria: when we have a set of at least 5 user interviews with individual filers or have determined that individual filers are not available
  3. Tasks to completion:
    • [x] Find 5-7 individual filers to talk to
    • [x] Schedule interviews with them
    • [x] Have interviews with them specifically to ascertain:
    • [x] Learning about FEC Dates / when filing vs e-filing is due
    • [x] Learn about applicable filing requirements
    • [x] Learn about the statements and forms that are needed
    • [x] Learning what major stumbling blocks they are having
