Goal: Create wireframes for the Onboarding Checklist tool that meet business need and are ready for testing.

Criteria: FEC approves multiple screens with actual data that demonstrate the necessary functionality.

FEC approved the screens in the meeting on Thursday. The next step is to flesh out content and get it in there.
