1. Goal: Use the most recent wireframes to identify common design patterns that will need to be defined and styled in a new web identity system.
2. Completion Criteria: when an early list of pattern library elements have been identified and grouped

7. [x] Gather and review lessons learned from the FEC visual identity audit
8. [x] Create vector library of patterns to be styled
9. Dependencies: FEC-alpha wireframes need to be sufficiently advanced for review
