User story

As an auditor/grantee/agency person, I want a web interface where I can extract findings text from an audit PDF I have so that I can easily access findings text

Acceptance criteria

[ ] create a ui with an upload button

Outstanding questions

after uploading should the website automatically spit out a csv of findings text or should there be another action to run the data extractor and download the csv?
