Extended Description

The 10x ASAP Team will perform a 2nd user feedback testing with the FedRAMP Agency Review Team (FART). This session will be focused on consistency checks, including:

• All required controls have a status.
• Each control has implemented requirements
• Required policies, plans, and procedures are attached.
• Wireframes for the user interface.

Preconditions

• [ ] Plan approval and guidance from FedRAMP PMO
• [ ] Test data designed for use with the goals of this session: 18F/fedramp-automation#130

Acceptance Criteria

• [ ] Receive feedback around level-setting and basics (specifically terminology and layout).
• [ ] Work with PO to ensure all applicable work is added to backlog.

Story Tasks

• [ ] Prepare topics and work with developer team to collect relevant UI samples and data.
• [ ] Design wireframes and create visual documentation.
• [ ] Prepare survey questions in Google Sheets in GSA G-Suite to collect feedback with FART members.
• [ ] Draft instructions email to selected FART members
• [ ] Review material with PMO and confirm schedule and attendees.

Definition of Done

• [ ] Documentation generated - update readme or contributing markdown as necessary.
• [ ] Architectural Decision Record completed as necessary for significant design choices

@rrkane10x and I will meet tomorrow after pivoting Friday/Monday due to test data generation issues earlier in the week. We might need to revisit the theme as well.
