As a user interested in FedRAMP OSCAL validations, I would like to navigate available documentation from a central place, so all available resources are conveniently accessible.
Context: validations documentation is split between markdown files in the Github repository and material in the web interface.
Acceptance Criteria
[ ] A documentation entry-point is established
[ ] The entry-point comprehensively includes, or links to, all available documentation
[ ] Disparate documentation provides links/references to the entry-point
Definition of Done
[ ] Acceptance criteria met
[ ] Unit test coverage of our code > 90% - needs automation story
[ ] Accessibility tests pass - needs automation story
[ ] Automated code quality checks pass
[ ] Security reviewed and reported - check in with Wes on what we could do here
[ ] Reviewed against plain language guidelines
[ ] Design QA passed
[ ] Code must be self-documenting
[ ] No local tech debt
[ ] Documentation updated
[ ] Architectural Decision Record completed as necessary for significant design choices
